how it works
1. sealed once. the finale is locked with AES 256. the key is cut into 12 shards with Shamir secret sharing: any 7 rebuild it, 6 or fewer reveal nothing.
2. shards find loyal holders. after launch, regulars who hold $HYAKU 14 days in a row can find one: inside a legendary or mythic can, or behind a riddle. one shard per regular, at most one from cans per day.
3. warm hands only. a shard stays with you while you hold. sell out before inserting it and it slides back into the machine for someone else.
4. seven together. when 7 regulars have inserted their shards, the machine publishes them and every browser can open slot 7 and check every step.
